Hi! I'm Jeet Sorap, an artist and filmmaker who has always been captivated by the power of visual effects to bring incredible stories to life on the big screen. Growing up, I found inspiration in films like "Terminator"

and "Jurassic Park," but it was the 1995 classic "Jumanji," starring the late Robin Williams, that truly ignited my imagination. Witnessing the enchanting creatures and breathtaking worlds come alive through visual effects left an indelible mark on my creative spirit. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to be a part of the magic of film production, using my skills to create captivating stories that would mesmerize audiences worldwide.

After completing my degree in Visual Effects and Animation from the prestigious Academy of Arts University in San Francisco, I embarked on a new chapter by moving to India in 2010 to establish my own web design firm. However, my love for film production continued to beckon me. In 2011, I took on the exhilarating role of Director of Behind the Scenes for the feature film "Ferrari Ki Sawaari." Since then, I've been fortunate to work on a diverse range of film projects, serving as a Visual Effects Producer and Supervisor for acclaimed films such as "Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For" and "Kya Dilli Kya Lahore."

 

In addition to my involvement in visual effects, I've also delved into the world of producing short films. Some of my notable works include "Gadhedo," available on platforms like Amazon Prime and Apple TV, as well as "Don't Drink & Drive," which can be found on Amazon MiniTV. Today, I am thrilled to lead my own production company, where I have the opportunity to channel my artistic vision and storytelling skills into creating captivating films. I constantly strive to push the boundaries of visual effects and narrative, crafting mesmerizing narratives that inspire and entertain audiences worldwide.
